These terms regulate access to and use of the CIBERIA Marketplace digital platform, a space designed to facilitate connections between companies in Castile and León and the Central Region of Portugal (CENCYL area), and users interested in certified cybersecurity services. Access to the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of the conditions established herein by users, whether they are service providers or buyer users.
3. Terms of Access and Use
Access to certain services within the Marketplace requires the user to register beforehand. The data provided by users must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date at all times, with the user being solely responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided. The user agrees to use the platform appropriately and in accordance with the law and, in particular, undertakes to:
- Not engage in illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith.
- Not disseminate offensive, illegal, or public order–infringing content.
- Not damage, disable, or overload the website or interfere with its normal operation.
4. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content forming part of the Marketplace, including but not limited to content, design, source code, trademarks, logos, images, text, and graphics, is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Its reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other use, whether total or partial, is strictly prohibited without the express prior authorization of the rights holder.
5. Liability
CIBERIA shall not be held liable for:
- Technical failures, interruptions, or occasional errors in the operation of the platform.
- The truthfulness, completeness, or quality of services offered by third parties (provider companies).
- Links to external pages whose content is beyond its control.
6. User Profiles: Buyers and Companies
Provider companies:
- Commit to providing truthful information about their services.
- Must accept the validation and certification process, if applicable, to obtain the Trust Seal.
Buyer users:
- Accept that full access to service information is subject to registration.
- Must use the contact forms for professional or informational purposes only.
7. Intermediation
The sole function of the Marketplace is that of a digital intermediary. No direct contractual relationship is established between CIBERIA and the end user regarding the hiring of services offered by third parties.
Contact between parties is made through an internal form that acts as a controlled communication gateway for traceability and security purposes.
8. Personal Data Protection
In compliance with current legislation on personal data protection, especially Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed by CIBERIA for the purpose of managing your access to and use of the CIBERIA Marketplace platform.
The Privacy Policy is available at all times on the platform. By accepting these terms, the user expressly consents to the processing of their personal data as established in the policy, which details their rights, how to exercise them, and the security measures adopted to protect their data.
